On 11 September 2001, four terrorist commandos attacked the United States by hijacking four planes with their passengers. Two crashed into the twin towers of the Wall Trade Center, New York’s tallest building at 8:52 and 9:03 am. The third crashed into the Pentagon, the US Department of Defense building. Informed by the first attacks, the courageous passengers of the fourth opposed to the capture of their plane and caused it to be destroyed in mid-air. These attacks provoked nearly 3000 victims.
