On 4 November 1930, Franklin Roosevelt was re-elected Governor of New York in the Mars-Moon period (from October 30, 1929 to December 1, 1931). He was 48 years old. This second term began after the stock market crash of 1929. As governor, he has managed to mitigate its disastrous consequences through a vigorous policy.
