On Wednesday 19 April 1995, at 9.02 am, an explosion blew up a central administration building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (USA). Timothy McVeigh detonated 2.300 kg of explosives. He was a Gulf War veteran who wanted to avenge the death of David Koresh's sect members eliminated two years earlier, on 19 April 1993 in Waco.
