Albert Einstein was born on 14 March 1879 at 11:30 in Ulm, Germany. During his life he held dual nationality several times and was successively or simultaneously German, stateless, Swiss, Austrian and American. He graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and then turned to research in physics. He barely graduated in 1900 and and received his doctorate on 15 January 1906. Albert Einstein won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921. Exceptionally, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics on 9 November 1922 at 43 years old.
